Yes, it's a great read with all sorts of interesting material. It is designed for an introductory reader, and Michael wrote more academic pieces for the scholarly audience on the same thesis in the journals and FSS, and in his book on the Corinthian church. Anyway, definitely buy it -- you will be entertained. Cheers, Mark
