Fire rated glass

Technique:
Fire rated glass is also called fire proof glass and fire resistant glass. It adopts special process to promote the heat stability performance of float glass and could classify different grades in 45min to 90min range according the time against to fire and heat attack. Then this could stop the spread of fire and leave enough time to escape and put out the fire. The two surfaces of the monolithic fire proof glass have the same performance against to fire.
Process:
fire rated glass can be processed to laminated glass, insulated glass, edging, drilling.

Entrance doors/ windows; Curtain walls for residential and commercial buildings; Glass partition for fire-resistant function; safe exits, Interior and exterior glazing - Cinema, bank, hospital, Library, Shopping malls, etc. Specifications:

Performance of fire rated glass:
In the flame environment of over 1000 degrees, it can remain unblasted for 80 to 120 minutes, which strength ability is 6 to 12 times of the float glass, 1.5-3 times of the tempered glass.

Strength performance: Six times more than float glass and have better performance comparing to tempered glass.
